1. Introduction
These terms govern your use of gemverastones.com and any purchases from Gemvera Stones Pvt Ltd. By using our website, you agree to these terms.
2. Products & Pricing
All products are natural stone. Variations in color, pattern, and veining are inherent characteristics and not defects. "Price on Request" means pricing is provided upon inquiry. All prices are in INR unless otherwise stated and are subject to change.
3. Orders
Inquiries through our website are not orders. Orders are confirmed only after written agreement. Custom/bespoke orders require 50% advance payment. Standard products require full payment before dispatch.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Domestic delivery: 7-14 business days. International: 3-6 weeks depending on destination. Shipping costs are quoted separately. Risk transfers to buyer upon delivery to carrier.
5. Returns
Natural stone cannot be returned due to color or pattern variation. Defective products (damage in transit, manufacturing defects) must be reported within 48 hours with photographs. Custom/bespoke orders are non-refundable.
6. Intellectual Property
All images, text, and designs on this website are property of Gemvera Stones Pvt Ltd. Professionals may use product images for project presentations with attribution.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan.
